REET 2024 Exam Begins Today: Check Do's and Don'ts on Exam Day

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education is all set to conduct the REET 2024 exam from February 27 to 28, 2025. The examination will be held in two shifts – the first shift from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the second shift from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

A total of 4,61,321 candidates will appear in the first shift, while 5,41,599 candidates are scheduled for the second shift. The exam will be conducted at 1,731 centers spread across 41 state districts, making it one of the largest examinations under the board’s purview.

Candidates must arrive well in advance – at 8:00 AM for the first shift and by 1:00 PM for the second shift – to ensure a smooth entry process. Remember, carrying your admit card, along with a valid Aadhaar or any other photo identity card, is mandatory. Additionally, a blue or black ballpoint pen is required for filling the OMR sheet.

On the exam day, it is essential to adhere to the following do’s and don’ts:

• Do's: Reach the exam centre early, carry your admit card and photo ID, and use a blue/black ballpoint pen. Read the question paper and OMR instructions carefully once seated.
• Don'ts: Avoid bringing mobile phones, calculators, electronic gadgets, watches, handbags, or any other prohibited items. Note that late arrivals will not be granted entry.
