Directives Outside Part IV

Description

Directives Outside Part IV

In addition to the Directive Principles enshrined in Part IV (Articles 36–51), the Constitution includes other guiding provisions that, while not categorized under Part IV, function in a similar aspirational capacity. Notably, the Fundamental Duties (contained in Part IV-A) and certain preambles to various laws also serve as ethical guidelines for governance.

These additional directives, though not legally enforceable as Fundamental Rights, contribute to the overall vision of a just and equitable society by influencing public policy and societal norms.
