The DISHA Scheme was launched in January 2025 by the Ministry of Law and Justice. The scheme expands tele-law, pro bono legal services, and legal literacy programs as part of the “Hamara Samvidhan – Hamara Swabhiman” campaign celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Constitution.
