Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is an educational foundation that promotes scientific aptitude and reasoning among school children through various olympiads. SOF organizes seven different olympiads annually:
Tests students' general awareness, current affairs, and knowledge across various domains.
Evaluates English language proficiency, grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary skills.
Focuses on scientific concepts, logical reasoning, and practical applications of science.
Challenges students with mathematical problems requiring conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
Tests computer fundamentals, coding concepts, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Covers history, geography, civics, economics, and current affairs with a focus on analytical thinking.
Promotes Hindi language proficiency through assessment of grammar, literature, and comprehension skills.
Most students register through their schools. If your school isn't participating, you can register directly on the SOF website as an independent student.
SOF Olympiads typically consist of multiple-choice questions divided into sections testing logical reasoning, subject knowledge, high-order thinking, and practical application of concepts.
Our free quizzes are available at the links above. Just select your class and subject to start practicing immediately without any registration.
Most SOF Olympiads have two levels. The first level is conducted in schools, and top performers qualify for the second level, where final rankings are determined.
